Now available The Advanced Professional Diploma in Employment Law

Now more than ever it's important for organisations to understand the implications of employment law.

The Advanced Professional Diploma in Employment Law, delivered by MOL and in conjunction with Eversheds, will provide you and your organisation with relevant and current employment legislation. It is a nationally recognised, practical and academically recognised Masters level qualification awarded by BTEC Edexcel.

This qualification not only examines all essential aspects of individual employment law, but also provides students with the ability to advise their colleagues in the workplace in language that is accessible.

There are two entry routes to this course:

1) If you have successfully completed the CIPD employment law elective with MOL within the last three years.

Completion of the programme requires attendance at two one-day workshops plus one assignment.

2) If you have no prior qualifications.

Completion of the programme requires attendance at six one-day workshops plus two assignments.
