MOL students continue to excel in CIPD exams!

Our CIPD Flexible Learning+ programme exam results continue to be outstanding, with MOL students receiving 26 out of the total 54 Distinctions awarded this year!

Even more outstanding is that our MOL students were the only ones to achieve Distinction grades in the Relations, Reward, Managing Organisational Learning Knowledge, and Management Training and Development Functions exams.

Highest percentage of pass rates

Of the eight exams that make up the CIPD qualification, MOL achieved a higher percentage of passes than other providers in all eight. The most notable example of this was the Management Development exam, where MOL students obtained a 55% pass rate, with the pass rate for non-MOL sitters being zero.

Year-on-year MOL students’ exam results for this HR qualification are consistently well above the national average. This year is no exception; MOL outperformed all other PDS providers with an overall pass rate of 73%.

Director of MOL, Steve Clarke, is delighted with this year’s results:

'Many of our students have not studied for many years before commencing the programme and I believe that the ability of our tutors to create an effective social network within their groups, to facilitate learning and the sharing of experiences among group members, instil belief and give highly developmental feedback has made a major contribution to these excellent results.'

Top marks for flexible learning and MOL support
