NFOPP Technical Award

The NFOPP Technical Award is an entry level qualification to give staff the confidence in their daily agency tasks, and to give you confidence in their ability. The course covers

staying legally compliant by understanding the requirements of property legislation
fulfilling customer needs and providing ‘best advice’, such as when dealing with or marketing property
understanding legal and professional requirements

The Technical Award is the main route to membership of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), Institution of Commercial and Business Agents (ICBA) and the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA).

The course gives your staff a nationally recognised qualification, and provides proof of your company’s commitment to the public to offer them a quality service.

NFOPP Diploma

The Diploma course is designed for those staff who already have agency experience but need more in-depth and broader property knowledge in preparation perhaps for career progression, staff development or a greater degree of responsibility in your organisation.
