This award is designed as an introduction to the knowledge and understanding required by people working, or aspiring to work, in

• residential estate agency and new home sales (Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property)
• residential letting and management (Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management)
• commercial property agency (Technical Award in Commercial Property Agency)
• real property auctioneering (Technical Award in Real Property Auctioneering)

The technical award covers both law and practice of the appropriate professions.

NFOPP Diplomas

The diploma is designed mainly for people already working within the relevant profession, and having some agency experience. It is also suitable for those with certain non-related qualifications, who wish to pursue a career in the profession and want to take a course prior to seeking employment.
