Criteria for membership of the NAEA

• AFFILIATE: For those not yet in the profession
• STUDENT: For those working in the profession but without any qualifications
• ASSOCIATE: For those working in the profession with the Technical Award qualification or similar but with less than three years' experience
• MEMBER: For those working in the profession with the Technical Award qualification or similar and with more than three years' experience
• FELLOW: For those working in the profession with the NAEA Diploma, CPEA, CRLM, CCBT or similar level qualification and more than five years' experience
