The NFOPP Technical Award
This award is designed as an introduction to the knowledge and understanding required by people working, or aspiring to work, in
- residential estate agency and new home sales (Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property)
- residential letting and management (Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management)
- commercial property agency (Technical Award in Commercial Property Agency)
- real property auctioneering (Technical Award in Real Property Auctioneering)
The Technical Award covers both law and practice of the appropriate professions.
The ‘Technical Award Elite’
If the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress (CEAR) Act, or the possibility of licensing, means that you need to pass the Technical Award, then MOL has a course for you.

VLE stands for Virtual Learning Environment, and is accessed by students via the internet. If you want access to study materials at 6am or 10pm, this is now possible. And because they are there when you log on to the VLE, you can study at a pace that is comfortable for you and suits your own learning style.
