This is the sixth time in six years that MOL students have achieved a highest mark in the CIPD's national examinations - a unique feat for a flexible learning provider. Katie and Helen were also presented with commemorative crystals on the MOL stand at the exhibition.

Helen, an independent L&D consultant, Coruscate Training said: I found MOL to be supportive both academically through the excellent tutors and practically by allowing payments for the course to be made on a monthly basis. In addition I also found the group sessions an excellent way of sharing ideas and experiences from other organisations."

Helen and Katie follow in the footsteps of former prize winning MOL students – Ellen Hughes (2006), Patricia Johnston (2004), Rachel Duffy (2003) and Helen Dickens (2002).

Sarah McEvoy, MOL CIPD Programmes Manager, said, “MOL is delighted to celebrate the fact that six students have received CIPD awards over the last six years for best exam performance in the CIPD National examinations. MOL operates an open access policy onto the Professional Development Scheme (PDS) and these awards independently evidence the outstanding ‘M level’ achievement of MOL students together with the success of the blended approach that MOL takes.”

Steve Clarke, Head of MOL , said of the students’ success, “This is yet another fantastic year for exam success by our students. These awards are testament to the outstanding levels of teaching, support and learning materials provided by MOL. It gives us great pride to share in our students’ achievements each year – not just on the PDS but on all our other programmes as well.”
