MOL property student celebrates perfect pass mark

MOL student Nathalie Charles is delighted to have scored 100% in unit 2 (estate agency law) of the NFOPP Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property.

Nathalie studied hard to achieve her result, but she feels that she owes a large part of her success to attending one of MOL's unique ‘estate agency law' workshops.

At the age of 56, former nurse and midwife Nathalie opted for a change of direction. The dramatic growth in the property industry has driven her to pursue a career in estate agency. She chose to study with MOL on their ‘fast track' Technical Award programme and is already reaping the benefits of their expert tuition. This ‘flexible learning' course has not only helped her to gain a nationally recognised qualification, but also allowed her to do it in a minimal amount of time.

MOL's unique property workshops have been designed by Paul Jager (head of the property division) specifically to ensure students not only learn the necessary information but are also taught to remember and recall the material.

Nathalie said, “The workshop empowered me to remember the details of the Acts by clever mnemonics that the lead tutor taught us. It was a very successful, satisfying and enjoyable study day. I took the exam in January. The test result is proof of its success.”

Paul Jager said, "We are so happy that our student, Nathalie, has achieved such great success after enrolling on our course and attending our workshop. It's a testament to the variety of learning styles we use to help our students successfully pass their qualification."

With units 1 and 2 of the NFOPP award under her belt, Nathalie plans to complete the final two units of the course this year and is looking forward to a career in the property profession.
