Construction Product Knowledge Training
Construction and Electrical Product Knowledge Training (City & Guilds 6117)
MOL – the UK's leading flexible learning provider – delivers this programme and also offers tutorial support so that all students will reap the benefits of the customised Product Knowledge programme.
Builders' merchants and electrical wholesalers aim to offer their customers a consistently high quality of service.
The delivery of that service requires staff to possess specialist skills and knowledge. MOL offers a programme of product knowledge modules that will equip you with all the skills and knowledge you'll need to increase your effectiveness in providing this service.
These flexible learning programmes lead to nationally recognised qualifications accredited by City & Guilds, available at Foundation and Certificate levels. Alternatively, you can choose to study one or more modules without completing the full programme.
Our training programmes provide the essential knowledge and skills required by those who work in a number of roles; and our delivery methods allow our students to minimise the time they are away from the work place.
