Specialist and Generalist Personnel and Development
What are the Electives?
The Electives provide an opportunity to assess where your career is now and in which direction you would like to take it in the future. The course is divided into modules; with the ‘Generalist' Electives providing an overview of the knowledge and competence required by a personnel and development practitioner and the ‘Specialist' Electives giving you the opportunity to concentrate on a specific area of practice.
MOL offers four Generalist Electives and four Specialist Electives. Each Generalist Elective is related to a Specialist Elective, as follows
| Standard Choices of Modules | Generalist | Development | Resourcing | Relations |
