Leadership and Management (L&M)
What is L&M?
L&M provides you with an outstanding management qualification that has been designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to achieve excellent results as a manager, for both yourself and other people; plus understand the contribution that HR professionals can make at boardroom/strategic level.
L&M consists of four modules, which are
- Managing for Results
- Managing in a Strategic Business Context
- Managing Information for Competitive Advantage
- Managing and Leading People
How is the course delivered?
The course is delivered through flexible learning, consisting of
- two full day introductory workshops
- eight full day workshops
- one personal tutorial
- one full day examination preparation workshop
- self-study using CIPD/MOL flexible learning materials, including access to the Learning Support Site (LSS) on the CIPD website
- tutor support via email, fax or telephone
Where do the workshops take place?
MOL has delivery venues throughout the UK.
We can also run in-house company training on your organisation's premises (UK and international). Please see our information about bespoke training for your business.
How long does the course last?
Twelve months
How will I be assessed?
You will need to attend all the workshops. You will also need to complete
- four assignments (one per module)
- four CIPD national examinations (one per module)
