CIPD Certificate in Training Practice (CTP)

The CTP covers the knowledge required to successfully train people and it equips you with the recognised benchmark certificate for training professionals.

CIPD Professional Development Scheme (PDS)

For people who wish to develop their management career in personnel and development, the PDS is a programme based on the CIPD's Professional Standards. It is divided into four ‘fields'. This section includes more information about the PDS and each of these four fields.

CIPD Professional Assessment of Competence (PAC)

For senior HR professionals with at least five years' experience and three years' HR experience, an alternative route to CIPD membership is to have your skills and experience assessed against the CIPD's Professional Standards.

CIPD Advanced Professional Diploma in Managing Organisational Learning and Development

This BTEC Edexcel accredited course enables HR professionals to develop their understanding of learning and development within a wider context outside of their own organisations, so they can take an informed approach to strategic decisions.
