CIPD Flexible Learning+ Certificate in Human Resource Practice (CHRP)

An introduction to the entire function of an HR department, the CHRP is aimed at personnel officers, line managers, administrators or personal assistants (PAs) seeking to gain a support-level HR qualification.

CIPD Flexible Learning+ in Learning and Development Practice (CLDP)

The CLDP covers the knowledge required to successfully train people and it equips you with the recognised benchmark certificate for training professionals.

The CLDP is a skills based programme aimed at training officers, training advisors or line managers seeking to gain a qualification in training.

CIPD Flexible Learning+ Advanced Diploma

MOL has been selected by the CIPD to exclusively deliver CIPD Flexible Learning+ across all areas of the UK.

This exciting programme is for people who wish to develop their management career in personnel and development. The Advanced Diploma is based on the CIPD's Professional Standards and is divided into four core modules and four optional modules.

CIPD Professional Assessment of Competence (PAC)

For senior HR professionals with at least five years' management experience, including at least three years' HR experience, an alternative route to CIPD Chartered Membership is to have your skills and experience assessed against the CIPD's Professional Standards. This route is achievable within 12 months.

CIPD Advanced Professional Diploma in Managing Organisational Learning and Development

This BTEC Edexcel accredited course is unique to MOL and enables HR professionals to develop their understanding of learning and development within a wider context outside of their own organisations, so they can take an informed approach to strategic decisions.

MA in Strategic Human Resources

An exciting way for HR professionals who are current Graduate or Chartered Members/Fellows of the CIPD to gain an Action Learning based MA in only ten to 12 months! The MA in Strategic Human Resources provides an opportunity for continuous professional development (CPD) at a strategic level. You can have studied your previous courses to gain Graduate Membership or Chartered Status with any provider – it does not have to be MOL!
