CIPD Flexible Learning+, Foundation and Advanced courses

There are now two levels of qualification offered by CIPD Flexible Learning⁺, Foundation and Advanced, which are exclusively delivered by MOL

The new CIPD Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP) provides a firm foundation in all areas of HR. It will help you develop essential HR skills and give you the confidence to be more effective at work and add value to your HR function.

The CIPD Certificate in L&D Practice (CLDP) uses a highly practical approach to provide an in-depth and thorough grounding in the training cycle and the fundamentals of learning and development. It is ideal for practitioners who wish to acquire a means of professional recognition in the field of learning and development.

There are three different grades of qualification at advanced (or post-graduate) level

• CIPD Advanced Level Certificate
• CIPD Advanced Level Diploma
• Advanced Level Masters (MA)

There are also two different specialisms you can focus on - Human Resource Management (HRM) or Human Resource Development (HRD) - or you can mix and match as you prefer.
