There are two approaches that we take to delivering bespoke training.

Management consultancy

We can design a programme that meets your organisation's specific training needs, and also provides national accreditation for learners. Through our management consultancy service, which includes training needs analysis, we will work with you to identify your organisation's requirements and design the training required.

Our training solutions use a range of approaches, with the 'blend' of learning being specific to meet you exact needs. We would be happy to visit your organisation to discuss the solution you require.

Customising an existing course

If you see an existing course that would be ideal for your organisation if it were customised, then MOL can help. We can base customised training on an existing course structure, and deliver your training solution in a variety of ways.

Courses can be delivered at MOL's venues or at your organisation's premises. We can tailor the course to focus on specific organisational challenges or objectives, placing the information covered within the context of your organisation and its business sector.

We are able to provide accreditation of existing training with an organisation as part of the agreed solution.
