How we support you
Help from your employer
There are a number of ways your employer can help to make sure you get the most from the course
- match your workload with your studies so you can put the theory into practice
- provide a mentor or appropriately experienced member of staff who can answer technical questions
- provide study leave to revise for exams
- provide financial support for the course and study materials
Help from MOL
When you have registered with MOL, you will be allocated to a cohort. Each cohort has a group tutor. Your tutor, who will meet you at induction and be your main contact for all aspects of your learning, will
- facilitate the application workshops
- facilitate networking between group members
- assess your assignments and project
- provide feedback on your individual assessed work
- act in a pastoral role should you have personal difficulties which affect your learning
