| Areas covered by the course | AAT Advanced Certificate in Accounting This level introduces more complicated accounting tasks, including the preparation of final accounts for sole traders and partnerships. You will also learn how to maintain cost accounting records and how to prepare reports and returns.

| Course assessment | As you work towards your AAT Accounting Qualification, you’ll be assessed on the practical skills you develop during the course. This will be done in two ways – skills test assessments and an examination. Skills Tests Exams In addition, there is a project that students must complete and return within one month of receipt. All skills test assessments are by AAT-set simulation exercises. |
